Conflict Minerals Sourcing Policy

Remke Industries Inc. is committed to ensuring our products do not incorporate conflict minerals, which are minerals smelted into tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold sourced from entities that directly or indirectly finance conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries.

Remke Industries Inc. intends to fully comply with the requirements of Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, which requires that Remke Industries Inc. conduct due diligence into the sources of such minerals.

Remke Industries Inc. requires its suppliers to:
1. Perform adequate due diligence into their respective supply chains for compliance to the Dodd-Frank Act.
2. Inform the results of such due diligence to Remke Industries Inc.
3. Commit to being or becoming "conflict-free," so that any such metals are sourced only from compliant conflict-free smelters.
