At Remke our goal of putting the customer first is measured by collecting a Net Promoter Score from our customers and partners. Simply put, Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures how satisfied they are with their Remke experience by asking them if they would recommend us to their colleagues and friends.
NPS is measured on a -100 to +100 scale.
Our NPS methodology includes systematically asking all of our customers and partners every 6 months how we are doing. The graphic below shows how well Remke scores in relation to other companies in the electrical connector space and also among other well known brands. We are proud of our exceptional score, and this is resonated throughout the entire organization.
