That's a phrase we've all seen or heard many times. But how
often is it true? How often does a company really show that
they care about their customers? 'Not very often' is what
most of us would say. But not at Remke.
When customers were asked why they chose to work with Remke
Industries instead of other companies (including some of the
'big name' guys) they said:
"nobody else was willing to help me solve my problem"
" they delivered what - and when - they said they would"
"Remke is easy to work with"
Whether your company, or order size, is large or small, Remke
will do whatever it takes to meet your needs and respond with
solutions that are right for you. And that's something we've
been doing for over 40 years.
In 1963, the John Remke Company opened its doors in downtown
Chicago as a manufacturer of die case connectors and indenter
fittings. During its first ten years, the company continued
to add product lines such as strain-relief connectors, cord
grips and liquid-tight connectors to meet customer needs.
Continued growth in the 1970's resulted in Remke moving to
a larger facility in Skokie, IL where the company again expanded
its product offering to include watertight hubs and wire mesh.
In 1987 Remke moved to its present location in Wheeling, IL
- a 22,000 square foot building which houses manufacturing,
assembly, shipping and general offices. In 1994 Remke embarked
on its next major initiative: providing standard and customized
molded connectors and cordsets for both power and signal applications.
John Remke was often heard to say "the smallest order
we take is one, but if the customer wants that cut in half,
we'll do it." The meaning was clear - deliver exactly
what the customer needs. Even though John Remke passed away
in 1985, his guiding principle remains the cornerstone of
our business. Today, Remke Industries develops new products
and enters new markets yet still customizes most any of its
products for even the smallest of quantities.
If you're looking for wire management products, then look
no further than Remke. Our Tuff-Seal™ family includes
strain relief cord connectors, wire mesh grips, liquid tight
connectors and watertight conduit hubs. And not only does
Remke offer more sizes and variations of cord grips than either
of the 'big guys', but we will gladly customize most any of
our Tuff-Seal products to meet your specific needs.
Customization is one of our core competencies - one of the
things that we do best. And in critical sensor applications
such as material handing, automated manufacturing and production
the ability to customize product to meet specific needs is
important. With our Tuff-Link™ line of molded connectors
and cordsets, you have both a diverse offering of standard
products and the ability to customize just about anything
we manufacture.

or Tuff-Link product lines, please visit our products
